According to a Japanese Skyline book, the second B in the 'model' string says its a V-spec where as a V-spec II would have an 8 after the S and before the AA. The BL0 is the colour of this vehicle, which is not a standard V-spec (nor GT-R) colour and would have been ordered as an optional extra. It is however a Nissan colour as I've seen it on other Skyline's (GTS and GTS4).
